About Me:

I am an Aussie who has lived in Oregon with my husband and family for many years. As well as my 6 book rhyming series about animals in the US and Australia, I do school visits, manuscript critiques, and write midgrade fiction. My "Musings" colum appears monthly in the Purple Crayon. I began writing picture books years ago, because I didn't want my young kids to forget the Down-Under country they came from. Then, grade school kids and teachers pushed me to continue writing. For me, writing children's books has been a joy.
