- Dawn M. Phillips is a children’s book author and illustrator who lives in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Her works have been published by Trafford Publishing Athse Publishing, Lulu Publishing, Patrick Bruck Publishing and Xlibris Publishing. Her resume includes over 10 illustrated titles to her credit. Also, been published in several online and print magazines such as Stories for Children Magazine, Wee Ones Magazine, and Whittle Tykes Magazine. Over fifteen years of experience, which consisted of freelance illustrations for Patch Works Pattern Designs, T-Shirts Designs for Screen Printing, Presentation Storyboards and Graphic Designs. She graduated Universal Technical Institute majoring in Graphic Art/Illustration, University of Nebraska at Omaha with an Associates Degree in Fine Art with additional courses in Electronic Visual Imaging, and Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing Management.

We are already friends on FlapJacket, I hope we can be friends here also.
I just love your work and would very much like to use one of your stories in the Newsletter I publish each month for children with special needs, learning challenges and chronic illness.
My main goal is to write stories for these children, and at present in the proccess of co-authoring a free resource book for the parents of these children.
